Privacy Policy
LeadTitan (“we”, “us”, also written leadtitan) is a field CRM used by offices and technicians to manage leads, jobs, calls, payments, and marketing connections (including Google). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, role (admin/technician), and login credentials (handled by our auth provider).
- Job & customer data — customer names, phones, addresses, job notes, estimates, receipts, and payment status you enter into the CRM.
- Communications — call/SMS metadata and emails you send through the product (for example receipts or estimates).
- Integrations — if you connect Google Ads / Local Services or Google Business Profile, we store OAuth tokens and account IDs needed to sync leads and map locations for your company.
- Device & usage — basic app usage needed to operate the service (for example session tokens, push notification endpoints if enabled).
How we use information
- Provide and operate the CRM for your company
- Sync marketing leads and Business Profile locations when you authorize Google
- Send job-related emails, receipts, estimates, and technician alerts
- Process payments through Stripe when you use checkout links
- Maintain security, troubleshooting, and product reliability
Google user data
When you connect Google, LeadTitan requests only the scopes needed for the feature you chose (Google Ads / Local Services Ads, and/or Business Profile management). We use that data to sync leads and map listings into your CRM. We do not sell Google user data. You can disconnect Google connections in Settings → Marketing at any time.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that power LeadTitan (for example hosting, database, email, voice/SMS, and payment processors) only as needed to run the product. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & security
We retain account and job data while your company uses LeadTitan and as needed for legitimate business or legal requirements. Access is protected with authentication and role-based permissions (admin vs technician).
Your choices
- Update profile details in Settings
- Disconnect Google Ads / Maps connections in Marketing
- Request account or data deletion by contacting us
