Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LeadTitan (also written leadtitan), the multi-brand field CRM operated by Nationtech (“LeadTitan”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
LeadTitan helps offices and technicians manage leads, jobs, scheduling, calls, payments, receipts, and optional Google marketing connections (Ads / Local Services and Business Profile). Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for activity under your login.
- Technicians may require admin approval before accessing company jobs.
- Admins are responsible for company data entered into the CRM and for Google connections they authorize.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse LeadTitan, including attempting unauthorized access, abusing APIs, or using the product for unlawful activity.
Customer & job data
Your company owns the customer and job content you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that content only to provide the service (including emailing receipts/estimates and syncing connected Google accounts when enabled).
Third-party services
LeadTitan integrates with third parties such as Google, Stripe, and communications providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. Google OAuth connections are optional and controlled by your admin.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. LeadTitan does not store full card numbers. Fees, refunds, and chargebacks follow your Stripe / business settings.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep LeadTitan reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party APIs (including Google Ads / Business Profile) will always return data, especially when those providers limit access (for example developer token approval or API quotas).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nationtech / LeadTitan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or $0 if the service is provided without a separate fee).
Termination
You may stop using LeadTitan at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment of related services. Upon termination, we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.
