leadtitan turns your Vonage numbers into an operations phone system: extension dial-back for active jobs, and forward lines that capture marketing leads.

Extension line

Your main / extension number is the company line. Every job gets a short extension code. When a customer calls and enters the code, leadtitan bridges the call to the assigned technician. If the customer already has an open job, many callbacks skip IVR and ring the tech directly.

Forward / tracking numbers

Buy or attach forward DIDs for ads, Google Maps listings, or brand campaigns. An inbound call creates a lead in the CRM and simultaneous-rings your default office phones or a custom forward-to list you set in Settings → Phone Numbers.

Multi-brand routing

Each brand can own tracking numbers so Keys Now, flooring, handyman, and other lines stay attributed correctly while one office team runs dispatch.
